COVID-19 Continuity Statement
All of us at LRS are keenly aware of the potential effect the Coronavirus (COVID-19) could have on our business as well as its potential impact on our customers.
LRS Network Support and DBS are committed to maintaining the highest level of service to our clients during this challenging time. We would like to reassure each of you that we have appropriate safeguards in place to continue providing expert service and support to your organization. Our team can resolve a majority of IT issues remotely and we have secure online access to the documentation we need to assist each other in the event that one of us is unable to work.
Even as the rate of new cases being reported in Central Illinois is declining, we continue to limit onsite customer location visits to emergency situations only. This is meant not only to protect our employees but also to help reduce the possibility of spreading the virus to our clients as our consultants often visit multiple client locations each day.
